Health and Wellness...Do you have your team together?

The clocks have fallen; sure, you could think “I have one hour less per day.” Or, you could think, “This is Leap Year, I’m a day ahead!” Either way, I’m writing to ask:

Last Monday through Thursday, we traveled southward along the coast of California. (Jodi rode in a car, Jason and his buddy Joe rode their bicycles!)

We started after lunch at Nepenthe (south of Big Sur) and four days later arrived to Santa Barbara. In all, we covered 208 miles and along the way, we reflected a lot on this month's theme...

  • We ate well.
  • We rested.
  • We moved.
